You can get the Signed Baseball by starting Alex’s quest on Day 10, after finishing the Movie Mission for Caesar. You must have a Lockpick in your Pocket and the Locksmith skill equipped. The reward is $100 and +30 Gang Trust.
How to Get the Signed Baseball
Talk to Alex to accept the quest. Go to the Mailroom during a morning shift. Complete the mail job again. Scan mail on the right side, then sort it at the Mail Processing Station on the left.
Stay in the left wing. Enter the Inmate Property Storeroom. Use the 4-digit code if you have it, or take the shortcut through the Expired Archive Room if you unlocked it earlier.
Inside, go to the right Steel Cabinet along the north wall. Use your Lockpick and pass a tough Agility challenge to open it. If successful, you’ll find the Signed Baseball inside.
Bring it back to Alex to finish the job.
