To level up your Alchemy skill as quickly as possible in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, follow these steps:

1. Craft Simple Marigold Potions (Early Method)

  • Ingredients Needed: Marigold and Nettle (both can be found in Trosky or bought from vendors).

  • Process:

    • Add water and nettles to the cauldron.

    • Grind two Marigold flowers and add them to the cauldron.

    • Lower the cauldron, then raise it quickly, and pour the potion into a vial.

  • Why it Works: You can make potions super quickly (around 30 seconds), and every three potions crafted will level up your Alchemy. Repeat this method for fast leveling early on.

2. Create the Henry’s Fox Potion (Once You Reach Alchemy Level 16)

  • Ingredients Needed:

    • St. John's Wort

    • Nettle

    • Charcoal

    • Belladona

  • Where to Get Ingredients:

    • Buy them from the Apothecary or gather them around Trosky Castle.

  • Steps to Craft:

    1. Add oil to the cauldron.

    2. Grind St. John’s Wort and Nettle, then add to the cauldron.

    3. Boil for 2 turns, using the sandglass to time it carefully (wait just a second after it runs out).

    4. Grind Charcoal, add it to the cauldron, then add Belladona.

    5. Boil for 1 more turn, then pour the potion into a vial.

  • Why It’s Important: The Henry’s Fox Potion boosts your XP by 50% for 2 in-game days, making it essential to level up faster. Make and drink these potions regularly as you farm XP.

3. Use the Dark Arts Apprentice Perk (Optional)

  • Benefit: If you craft between midnight and 4:30 AM, this perk allows you to make more mistakes without ruining your potion, helping you create higher-quality potions.

Final Tip:

Once you get the hang of Alchemy, use the Secrets of Equilibrium and Secrets of Secrets perks to improve your potion-making. These perks will make it easier to craft higher-quality potions and allow you to make more at once, speeding up your progress.

By using these methods, you'll level up your Alchemy skill quickly, unlocking better potions and increasing your overall XP gain!
