Note: You can increase all XP gained by 50% using Henry’s Fox Potion.

To level up your Marksmanship skill as fast as possible read our quick guide below:

1. Compete in Archery Competitions

  • How It Works:

    • Enter an archery competition, where you’ll have unlimited arrows to shoot. You don’t even need to win to gain XP, just hitting the target earns you points.

  • Why It Works:

    • You’ll gain around 6-7 XP per hit. If you’re consistent, this will quickly add up. If you win the competition, you’ll get a bonus XP reward.

  • Bonus Tip:

    • The master competition gives you a 41 XP bonus for winning, so aim for that if you’re looking for a larger XP boost.

2. Shoot Archery Targets

  • How It Works:

    • If you don’t want to enter the competition, you can simply shoot the archery targets outside the competition. Make sure no one is around to see you, and you’ll gain XP for every shot.

  • Why It Works:

    • You can shoot as much as you want and gain XP, especially if you're standing farther away from the target. The more distance, the more XP per shot.

3. Use the Dark Arts Perk (Optional)

  • Why It Helps:

    • With the Dark Arts Apprentice perk, you can make potions like the Henry’s Fox Potion, which boosts your overall XP gain by 50% for 2 in-game days. This will help you level up Marksmanship faster as you practice.

Final Tip:

Combine archery competitions with shooting archery targets for the fastest Marksmanship XP. If you drink Henry’s Fox Potion while doing these, you’ll get an additional XP boost. Happy shooting!
