Rocket Raccoon struggles against heroes who can engage him quickly or disrupt his setups/positioning. Here’s what heroes to play and how to counter Rocket Raccoon:

Vanguard Counters

Venom: Cellular Corrosion (Right Click) slows Rocket, preventing him from repositioning or escaping. Feast of the Abyss (Q) allows Venom to ambush Rocket, dealing significant damage while healing himself.
Hulk: Gamma Grenade (LShift) knocks Rocket airborne, disrupting his traps and setups. Incredible Leap (Space) lets Hulk engage Rocket directly, limiting his long-range effectiveness.
