How to Do the Mattress Job in Cash Cleaner Simulator
Image Credit(s): Mind Control Games, Cash Cleaner Simulator
This mission starts off vague and gets messier the longer you ignore it. You're told to load up two mattresses, but if you actually read the email attached to the job, it becomes clear.
You’re supposed to separate genuine bills and counterfeit ones, then stuff each mattress with the right type. The game doesn’t enforce it with a checklist, but it will break if you mess it up.
Here’s how to do it right.

Step 1: Spot the Fake Bills
Set up a UV light somewhere dark. The best spot is near the furnace corner or under any shadowed area where it's easier to see glows. If your space is bright, turn the room lights off at the switch.
Real bills glow with a blue mark
Counterfeit bills do not glow at all
Bills with an eye or symbols are marked, not fake, unless the mission says otherwise
Hold a fat stack of bills, stand over the table, and hold X while sweeping your mouse to spread them neatly. You can also tap X while holding the stack to drop bills one at a time for closer inspection.
Step 2: Separate the Stacks
Make two piles: one for real bills, one for fakes. You don’t need to clean them or bundle them, just keep them organized. If you mess up and mix types, the mission will bug or not complete right.
Some players use Money Counter L if unlocked. It can auto-separate fakes by spitting them out a side slot, but it's not required.
Step 3: Pack the Mattresses
Each mattress should only hold one type of bill.
One mattress = real bills
One mattress = counterfeit bills
You can open a mattress by walking up to it and hitting the E key. Drop the correct pile in with right-click, then close it back up.
Final Blurb
The mattress mission sounds like a joke until you mess it up and have to start over. Just take five minutes, do the UV check, and split the cash properly. If you treat it like a sorting job, it’s easy. If you rush it, expect trouble.
