Mycopunk Cranius: Boss Fight and Achievement Guide

Written by Jason B. | Image Credit: VibesOfGaming/YouTube

To find Cranius in Mycopunk, go to the Moldy Tundra biome and stand under the giant mushroom. The ground will collapse, dropping you into a hidden meadow. From there, climb the tower and jump in to start the fight and unlock the secret Cranius achievement. We’ve also put a video below if you want to see footage of how to do this.

Where to Find Cranius

Cranius is hidden under a trap floor in Moldy Tundra. Look for a huge mushroom in the zone. It’s a lot larger than the others and looks slightly out of place. When you walk under it, you’ll fall through the ground into a hidden underground room.

There’s a button nearby that opens a path into a large meadow area.

Starting the Cranius Boss Fight

Inside the meadow, you’ll see a giant tower.

Climb the structure and jump into the opening at the top. This triggers the Cranius boss battle and gives you the hidden Cranius achievement once you win.

The fight is simple, especially with a decent loadout. Cranius has a few phases but nothing too difficult.

Is Cranius Farmable?

Yes, but it only drops a single upgrade after the first time. You won’t get the same value farming it repeatedly unless you’re doing it quickly for completion. Higher hazard missions are usually more rewarding.

Final Blurb

Cranius is easy to miss but fun to find. The achievement is fast, the fight is manageable, and the reward’s decent if you’re chasing full completion. Just don’t expect high-tier loot from farming it.
