Schedule 1 Employee Limit Guide

Note: This guide covers content from Schedule 1, a satirical video game set in a fictional world. All items, recipes, and references are entirely made up and exist only in the game. Please don’t try any of this in real life.

If you’re setting up a full-scale operation in Schedule 1, you’re going to need workers. Botanists, Chemists, Handlers… and a place to cram them all in.

But beds aren’t the only thing that matters. Each property has a hard cap on how many employees it can hold.

Here are the employee limits explained and the exact numbers down below.

How Employee Limits Work

  • You can only hire up to the employee cap for each location.

  • Beds are still required, but you can’t exceed the cap even with extra furniture.

  • The limit shows up on the property board before you buy it—easy to miss if you’re rushing.

Employee Limits by Location/Property

  • China Shop Apartment – 1 employee

  • Barn – 10 employees

  • Warehouse – 10 employees

  • Docks – 10 employees

  • Bungalow – 5

So even if the space looks massive, you’re still working with the same hard limit.

That’s why players often feel like the Docks are wasting potential… Plenty of room, but still capped at 10.

Final Blurb

Beds matter, but location caps are the real limit when building your workforce in Schedule 1.

Always check the cap before planning your empire, because it doesn’t matter how many chemists you hire if there’s no room for them to punch in.
