All Statue Locations: Unlocking Secret Morning Skins in Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap

Want a fancy new skin for your character? Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap has hidden Morning Skins that aren’t listed in the wardrobe, and unlocking them requires a bit of treasure hunting. You’ll need to find seven hidden statues across different maps.

These aren’t just lying around in plain sight—you’ll be doing some serious platforming, and some statues require Max or Kalos to even reach. If you don’t have Max yet, check out the Max Unlock Guide first.

Here’s where to find all the statues and claim your stylish reward.

All Seven Statue Locations

1. Vann’s Statue – Castle Courtyards

  • Easy Method: Use Max or Kalos for quick access.

  • Harder Method: Any character can grab it, but you’ll have to jump onto hedges, then onto a roof, then onto scaffolding. Expect some trial and error.

  • Location: Sitting above scaffolding, just out of bounds.

2. R’s Statue – Island Observatory

  • Easy Method: Max or Kalos can grab it and return to the map easily.

  • Harder Method: Any character can grab it, but if you aren’t playing Max or Kalos, you might get stuck outside the map, questioning your choices.

  • Location: On the beach, near the second pillar. If your mini-map goes blank, you’re in the right spot.

3. Harlow’s Statue – P Gardens

  • Who Can Get It: Max, Kalos, or Mac

  • How to Get It: Head to the library behind the Rift, find two bookshelves, and focus on the one on the left. Use the gravity lift to reach the top, and you’ll find the statue hidden in a small gap.

4. Max’s Statue – Fish Market

  • Who Can Get It: Max, Kalos, or Mac (Max is easiest).

  • How to Get It: Head to a platform near the start, and the statue will be sitting there like it’s been waiting for you this whole time.

5. Kalos’ Statue – Town Plaza

  • How to Get It:

    1. As soon as you spawn, turn around and face the castle.

    2. Jump onto the small platform nearby.

    3. Look for a hole in the wall and jump inside. Kalos’ statue is tucked away there.

6. Max’s Second Statue – Dry Docks

  • Who Can Get It: Requires Max (Kalos can attempt it, but good luck).

  • How to Get It:

    1. Place a Friendly Flip Trap in front of you.

    2. Jump up and double jump onto a lamp.

    3. Keep climbing up onto a platform, then a ladder, then a tower.

    4. The statue is waiting in the corner at the top.

7. Sophie’s Statue – Mansion Hedges (Night Mode Only!)

  • Important: This only appears at night. If you search during the daytime, you won’t find it.

  • How to Get It:

    1. Play Mansion Hedges at night (skeletons will be spawning—if not, restart).

    2. Head to the crates near a fence and destroy them.

    3. Sophie’s statue will appear underneath. Pick it up, and you're done.

Final Blurb

Once you collect all seven statues, you’ll unlock the Morning Skin Set for your characters. Some of these are placed in ridiculous spots, so don’t be surprised if you spend a while trying to reach them.

If you’re missing Max, go unlock him first, because you’ll need him for some of these. Now get out there and enjoy your well-earned fashion upgrade.
