If you enjoy tracking down treasure while trying not to fall off cliffs, the Earthly Aegis treasure hunt in Avowed is for you. This map leads you to Nature’s Ward, a unique shield that probably belonged to someone important before they left it lying around in a sarcophagus. Lucky for you, they won’t be needing it anymore.

Where to Find the Earthly Aegis Treasure Map

  1. Head to Naku Tedek – This is in the south of Emerald Stair. Look for a ruined building near the market stalls.

  2. Find the Map – Instead of taking the front door like a normal person, walk behind the market stalls, cross a tree root, and jump through a hole in the wall.

  3. Loot the Chest – Inside the ruins, there’s a chest containing the Earthly Aegis Treasure Map. You now have an old sketch that vaguely hints at where the treasure is. Time to decipher ancient directions.

Where to Find the Treasure

  1. Go to the Ruined Tower – You’re looking for a tower on a cliff edge west of Tama’s Cabin, near the Delemgan Shade area.

  2. Walk the Vine (Carefully) – Wrap around the right-hand side of the tower and balance along a vine like a medieval tightrope walker.

  3. Find the Switch – Once across, look for a switch on the wall. Push it like any good adventurer would.

  4. Enter the Tower – The switch opens the door, so go back around and head inside.

  5. Loot the Sarcophagus – Inside, you’ll find Nature’s Ward, a unique shield infused with the power of nature (or just a really fancy antique).

Is It Worth the Trouble?

  • If you like cool shields with unique designs, yes.

  • If you enjoy parkour-style treasure hunting, definitely.

  • If you hate balancing on vines, well… good luck.

Either way, Nature’s Ward is now yours, and you’ve successfully proven that medieval treasure hunters were a bit reckless with their storage solutions.
