Traveling in Blue Protocol Star Resonance gets a lot easier once you unlock and start using mounts. They let you move faster across zones, reach quest spots quicker, and skip long runs between towns.
How to Use Mount
Press G on your keyboard to summon your mount. Press G again to dismount. On controller, check the Controls menu under Settings to see which button activates mounts.
Mounts can only be used in open-world areas. You can’t ride during combat, raids, or dungeon runs. If you try to summon one inside restricted areas, the game blocks it automatically.
How to Unlock Mounts
You unlock the mount feature early in the story. After reaching Adventurer Level 5 and clearing your first few main quests, you’ll gain access to mounts automatically and receive a default one.
New mounts can be earned from events, quests, or specific vendors. Some come from the in-game shop, while others appear during seasonal updates. Once claimed, each new mount goes straight into your Mount Collection tab.
How to Change Mounts
Open your Profile Menu with C, then go to the Mount section. This shows all your unlocked mounts. Choose your favorite and set it as active.
For quicker access, open the Shortcut Wheel with V and assign your mount there. This lets you summon it anytime without opening menus.
Mount Tips
Mounts move faster than running but disable all combat actions. You automatically dismount when attacking or interacting with NPCs.
Speed is the same across all mounts, even the premium ones. Some have special visuals or effects, but they don’t increase movement speed.
If your mount sprints, keep an eye on stamina since it drains quickly on long rides.
