Blue Protocol Star Resonance How to Float | Unlock & Use
Blue Protocol: Star Resonance

Movement upgrades are a big deal in Blue Protocol Star Resonance, and Float is one of the most useful early ones. It lets you hover in midair and descend slowly, giving you more control over jumps and vertical exploration.

How to Unlock Float

To unlock the Float ability, reach Level 17 and talk to Airona at Asterleeds. She’ll give you the quest called Terra Resonance. Follow the quest to the Ancient City of Vil, where you’ll fight through goblins and explore the area.

Use teleport to reach Cliff Ruins, then ride your mount to the quest zone. Once there, head west across the ruins until you find the giant blue flower known as Hero’s Herb. Interact with the rune at the base of the flower to complete the quest and unlock Float.

How Float Works

Float lets you hover in the air for short periods and descend slowly instead of dropping straight down. It’s activated automatically after unlocking, so you can use it right away in open-world areas.

You can combine Float with other mobility abilities like mounts or movement upgrades. It’s also required to reach certain hidden areas and is a key part of unlocking Phantom Dash later in the game.

Tips for Using Float

  • Float helps with precise platforming, especially in vertical zones.

  • It prevents fall damage from higher drops.

  • You can’t attack or dash while floating, but you can safely reposition.

  • Works best when combined with other Terra Resonance skills for mobility chains.

Final Blurb

Unlocking Float makes traveling through Asteria way smoother and safer. Once you grab it from the Terra Resonance quest, you’ll notice how much easier it is to explore cliffs, ruins, and hidden areas without falling off every ledge.
