Life in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 can be rough. Your skills are weak, your weapons are worse, and sometimes, you just want a quick boost to make things easier. That’s where console commands come in. With a few simple codes, you can spawn items, get infinite money, save anywhere, or even make your horse defy gravity.

Here’s a quick guide on it all:

How to Use Console Commands in KCD2

Before you can use cheats, you need to enable dev mode. Here’s how:

  1. Right-click on Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 in Steam.

  2. Go to ‘Properties’.

  3. Enter -devmode in the launch options.

Now, open the console in-game by pressing the tilde key (~) and type your desired command. If done correctly, it will activate immediately.

All Useful Console Commands

If you type ?_ in the console, it will show a full list of commands, but many are confusing. Here are the most useful ones:

Money & Items Cheats

  • wh_cheat_money [amount] – Adds the specified amount of Groschen to your inventory.

  • wh_cheat_additem [item ID] – Spawns an item in your inventory using its item code (see item IDs below).

Gameplay Tweaks

  • we_sys_nosavepotion = 1 – Lets you save the game whenever you want without using Saviour Schnapps.

  • wh_rpg_oneshotkill = 1 – Enables one-shot kills for everyone (including you, so be careful).

  • wh_plshowfirecursor 1Adds a reticle while aiming with a bow or gun, making it easier to land shots.

  • cl_fov [number] – Changes your Field of View (FOV) to a custom number.

  • wh_pl_lockpickingshakeoverride = 0Stops lockpicking shake, making it easier.

  • wh_lockpickingdof = 50Extends the time you can lockpick before your pick breaks.

HUD & Visuals

  • wh_ui_showhud = 0 – Hides the HUD (set to 1 to bring it back).

  • wh_horse_lumpgravitymult = -1Removes gravity from your horse, because why not?

Item IDs for Console Commands

To spawn an item, use the wh_cheat_additem [item ID] command with one of these IDs:

  • Weak Saviour Schnapps-928463d9-e21a-4f7c-b5d3-8378ed375cd1

  • Cooked Chicken4eed0a2b-1233-40b4-88f5-7f67de916b58

  • Weak Marigold DecoctionB38c34b7-6016-4f64-9ba2-65e1ce31d4a1

  • Lockpick8d76f58e-a521-4205-a7e8-9ac077eee5f0

For more item codes, type wh_cheat_additem ? in the console to see a full list.

Final Blurb

With these cheats, you can bend the rules of Bohemia to your liking. Whether you want more money, easier combat, or just the ability to make your horse float, there’s a command for that.

Use wisely—or go completely overboard. Either way, medieval life just got a lot easier.
