Chromatic Orphelin isn’t just one enemy. It’s a trio of big, mean Nevrons armed with giant utensils—yes, really—and a habit of stacking Blight status until your team crumbles. You’ll need a plan.

Here’s how to find them, fight them, and claim some major rewards.

Where to Find Chromatic Orphelin

• Location: Yellow Harvest

• Nearest Flag: Yellow Spire Wrecks

From the Yellow Spire Wrecks flag:

1. Exit the cave and hug the right wall.

2. Look for a path ending in a pit.

3. Jump down to find the cavern where the Chromatic Orphelin trio waits.

This is an optional boss, but the loot is worth it.

Chromatic Orphelin Rewards

• Kralim (Lune weapon)

• 15 Colour of Lumina

• 6 Polished Chroma Catalysts

• EXP: 54,429

Weaknesses

• Weak to: Earth

• Resistances: None

• Immune/Absorb: None

If you’re not packing Earth damage, the fight will drag. Badly.

Best Strategy

Bring Earth Damage

• Use Lune’s Earth Spells: Earth Rising, Rockslide, Crustal Crush, Terraquake, or Tremor.

• Equip Earth weapons like Gaulteram (Verso), Benism (Lune), Chapelim (Lune), or Tissenum (Maelle).

If Lune goes down, your Earth damage goes with her—so keep her healthy at all costs.

Cleanse Blight Constantly

Blight reduces max health by 10% per stack. If you don’t cleanse it, your team’s health will vanish fast.

Good cleanse options:

• Gustave: Recovery

• Lune: Healing Light, Tree of Life

• Sciel: Dark Cleansing

• Verso: Perfect Recovery, Purification, Burden

If you leave Blight to pile up, the fight is basically over.

Attack Patterns and Counters

Hammer Combo

• Three strikes, third is slow. Inflicts Blight.

• Dodge: Listen for the swing sounds.

• Counter: Parry all three hits.

Nail Combo

• Two swings, both inflict Blight.

• Dodge: Time dodges with each swing’s sound cue.

• Counter: Parry both hits.

Spoon Combo

• Three swings with even timing. Inflicts Blight.

• Dodge: Easy to predict—dodge after each swing sound.

• Counter: Parry all three.

Spin Attack

• Spoon Orphelin spins four times, then strikes. Inflicts Blight.

• Dodge: Wait for the fourth spin and a loud whoosh—then dodge.

• Counter: Parry after the fourth spin.
