What Forsaken Weapons Do
Here’s the deal. When you equip a Forsaken Weapon with something like “171% chance to upgrade when you slay a Harbinger”, it sounds like you’ve got a pretty good shot, right? Well, not exactly.
That percentage doesn’t mean you have a 171% chance to upgrade every time you kill a Harbinger. What it really means is the quality of the upgrade when it finally happens.
100% = lowest roll possible.
355% = maxed-out roll.
