How to Get to the Abandoned Mine Avowed | One Last Drink Quest Guide

The Abandoned Mine is an important location in the One Last Drink quest in Avowed, where you'll eventually meet the character Ruanga. Here’s a simple guide to help you get there:
1. Start the Journey
The mine is located in Shatterscarp, a challenging region filled with winding valleys and steep cliffs. You'll need to navigate through these obstacles to reach the mine, so be prepared for a bit of exploration.
2. Locate the Entrance
To get inside the Abandoned Mine, follow these steps:
Head towards the camp area near the marker for the Abandoned Mine.
Look for a cliff with wooden boards leaning against it. This is an important visual indicator that you're in the right area.
The entrance to the mine is a small hole in the cave wall (see , located just near the wooden boards. It's positioned roughly between 9 o’clock and 8 o’clock from where the map marker is (see image below).
3. Enter the Mine
Once you find the hole in the wall, enter the mine and be prepared for combat. Beetles will be waiting for you inside, so make sure your gear is ready for the fight.
4. Find Ruanga
With your back to the entrance, you’ll need to head into a hidden cavern above to your left.
Climb up the wooden platforms located at the back of the area.
Turn around and look for a breakable barrier in the cave.
After breaking through, climb up the ledges, and eventually, you will reach a cliff edge.
Enter the opening, and Ruanga will be waiting for you.
5. Complete the Quest
When you speak to Ruanga, she will refuse to join you immediately, no matter what you've done earlier in the quest. Once you talk to her, the quest will be marked as completed, and you'll move on with the rest of your objectives.
