How to Use Voice Chat in Liar’s Bar

In Liar's Bar communication is key (especially with the integrated voice chat feature)! Here's how to utilize voice chat:

Enabling Voice Chat:

1. Access Settings:

   • Press the Escape (Esc) key during gameplay to open the main menu.

   • Navigate to Settings and select the Audio tab.

2. Configure Voice Chat:

   • Ensure that Voice Chat is enabled.

   • Adjust the Microphone Input Device to your preferred hardware.

   • Set the Voice Activation Mode to either Push-to-Talk or Voice Activation.

Using Voice Chat:

• Push-to-Talk:

  • If selected press and hold the designated key (usually V) to speak.

  • Release the key when done speaking.

• Voice Activation:

  • With this mode, your microphone transmits automatically when detecting sound.

  • Adjust the sensitivity slider to set the activation threshold.

Adjusting Individual Player Volumes:

• During gameplay press Esc to access the Voice Settings menu.

• Here you can modify the volume levels for each player to suit your preferences.

Troubleshooting Tips:

• Microphone Not Working:

  • Verify that your microphone is properly connected and functioning in other applications.

  • Make sure that Liar's Bar has permission to access your microphone in your operating system's settings.
