The Fury unlocks through a Grid Master task that requires you to wear it. Equipping it automatically completes Desert Treasure II and awards all its related unlocks. The requirements for this tile are 87 Magic and 90 Crafting.
You don’t need to finish any other quests or areas beforehand. As soon as your stats meet the requirement, the task can be cleared by simply equipping the amulet.
