How to Reach Pandemonium Without Your Boat
You can reach Pandemonium by taking a paid ride from the Port Sarim sailors. Walk to the same dock where you normally travel to Karamja. Talk to the seamen and choose Pandemonium for a 30 coin trip. This works even if your boat is docked far away and you cannot board it.

Why Your Boat Gets Stuck at Pandemonium
Your boat stays docked where you last parked it. If you teleport away during quests or early Sailing training, it remains at Pandemonium. When you try to board at another port, it will say the boat is docked somewhere else. Make sure you never select gb-proxy as an option or you’ll be logged out (bug). Traveling back to Pandemonium manually solves this instantly.
