How to Get Flags in Sailing
Flags unlock once you reach level 25 Sailing and Construction. You craft them at the Shipyard using the flag option on the schematics board.

Talk to a shipwright at any major port. Enter the Shipyard and walk to the schematics board. Choose the flag slot and pick the design you have unlocked. Each flag needs oak logs, a rope, and a special fabric roll earned from Barracuda Trials. You only need each fabric roll one time since it never gets consumed.

Storm Chaser Flag
