PEAK Game Best Items Tier List

PEAK Game Best Items: What to Prioritize

Written by Jason B.

Here’s a full tier list of every usable item in PEAK, ranked from the best in the game to the ones you can (sometimes) skip. This includes climbing tools, healing items, and stuff that will just waste your space.

S Tier Items

Cure-All

Fully restores stamina and clears all negative effects. Easily one of the strongest items in the game.

Medkit

Completely refills your health. Fast and reliable in emergencies.

Scout Effigy

Revives one dead teammate on the spot. No setup required.

Ancient Effigy

Revives your whole team at a camp, or gives a mystical item if no one is down. Strong group support.

Bugle of Friendship

Gives all nearby players infinite stamina for 10 seconds. Extremely helpful in tough climbs.

Rope Cannon

Fires a rope downward for safe descents. Great for reaching lower paths or helping others up.

Anti-Rope Cannon

Same as the Rope Cannon, but fires rope upward. Helps with vertical movement when you're stuck below a ledge.

A Tier Items

Magic Bean

Grows a tall vine when thrown. One of the best emergency climbing tools.

Piton

Lets you rest and restore stamina mid-wall. Can break after heavy use.

Chain Cannon

Fires a rope sideways to help cross wide gaps. Excellent for tricky areas.

Scoutmaster’s Bugle

Summons the Scoutmaster but gives nearby players max stamina. Needed to unlock a cosmetic if you survive.

Remedy Fungus

Heals nearby players and clears effects when thrown. Good for co-op.

Portable Stove

Lets you cook food and reduces freezing. Very useful in Alpine areas.

B Tier Items

Lantern

Lights up dark areas and slows freezing. Helpful at night or in cold zones.

Heat Pack

Removes frost buildup instantly. One-time use.

Faerie Lantern

Heals status effects slowly in a small area. Works well when you’re resting.

Rope Spool

Drops 12.5m of rope downward. Slower than a cannon but useful in team play.

Anti-Rope Spool

Same as above, but ropes go upward. Best for helping friends below you.

Pirate’s Compass

Points to the nearest unopened luggage. Useful if you’re low on gear.

Compass

Tells you which way you’re facing. Can help with general navigation.

Campfire

Boosts morale when all players gather around. Only works with teamwork.

C Tier Items

Flare

Releases a smoke signal. Mostly used for marking locations or helping teammates find you.

Pandora’s Lunchbox

Three uses. Gives a hunger boost or a random effect. Risky.

Blowgun

Applies sleep status to other players. No use in solo.

Scroll

Turns into a Torn Page. Some pages have tips, and reading enough gives a badge.

Torn Page

Used to unlock a badge. Some give survival tips.

Banana Peel

Slips anyone who steps on it. Works on you too. Only good for trolling friends.

Bugle

Used to unlock a badge by playing it for the Capybaras. No other use.

Bing Bong Plush

Does nothing. Only carried to unlock the Bing Bong badge.

D Tier Items

Food

All food restores hunger. Cook it for better effect. Some can poison you if uncooked.

Marshmallow

Basic food. Slightly better when cooked.

Shelf Shroom

Creates a short-lived platform when thrown against a wall. Rarely helpful.

Big Lollipop

Gives infinite stamina for a short time, then drains all stamina. High risk.

Cursed Skull

Kills you to revive others and restore their stamina. Only works in multiplayer.

Final Blurb

Most items in PEAK have clear uses but some are realy just for fun. Stick to Cure-All, Beans, Cannons, and Effigies when you’re serious about survival.

If you end up holding a banana peel and a plush toy, maybe don’t expect to reach the top.
