R.E.P.O. Items List and What They Do

Money is everything in R.E.P.O., and if you want to survive, you need to spend it wisely. Every item in the game helps in some way—some keep you alive, some help you carry more loot, and some just cause total chaos. Here’s a simple guide to every item and what it actually does.

Note: Items in R.E.P.O. are randomly generated each time (and might also increase in price with each level), so make sure you get what you want if you see it, because it may not be there the next time.

Throwables – Stuff You Throw to Make Life Harder for Others

  • Grenade ($3K) – Classic explosion. Toss it, watch it go boom, and try not to destroy your own loot.

  • Stun Grenade ($3K) – Stuns enemies. Also stuns teammates. And you. Use carefully.

  • Shockwave Grenade ($3K) – Like the Stun Grenade, but deals damage too. More effective, more dangerous.

  • Stun Mine ($3K) – Place it on the ground, and anything that steps on it gets stunned. Including you.

  • Shockwave Mine ($3K) – Slows down and damages enemies who step on it.

  • Explosive Mine ($3K) – Walk on this, and you’re done. Beeps before it activates, so listen closely.

  • Zero Gravity Orb ($44K-46K) – Creates a gravity-free zone. Good for trapping monsters or just floating for fun.

  • Human Grenade ($3K-$8K) – Causes a small explosion that damages both Monsters and Players. Great for emergencies, terrible for friendly fire. Found in the Secret Room Shop.

  • Duct Taped Grenade ($3K-$10K) – A grenade that spits out three more grenades. Because why stop at one explosion when you can have four? Found in the Secret Room Shop.

Drones – Fancy Tech That Might Save Your Life

  • Zero Gravity Drone ($24K) – Latches onto something and makes it float. Could be helpful, could be annoying.

  • Recharge Drone ($4K-5K) – Recharges electrical devices like trackers.

  • Feather Drone ($16K) – Makes you jump higher and other objects as “light as a feather”. Good for getting out of sticky situations.

  • Roll Drone ($10K) – Increases how far you roll. You can also place it on an item and the item will chase you.

  • Indestructible Drone ($28K) – Makes an item unbreakable. Use on big, heavy objects or small valuables if you’re in trouble. If you use this on the wizard staff, fun fact, you can reflect the Clown beam back at itself or others.

Miscellaneous – Random but Useful Stuff

  • Extraction Tracker ($5K-7K) – Tells you where to escape. Pretty important.

  • Valuable Tracker ($15K) – Helps you find high-value loot. Great if you want to make serious money.

  • Energy Crystal ($7K-9K) – Powers up electrical tools like trackers.

  • Rubber Duck ($16K) – Explosive device that bounces before it detonates. Dangerous and hilarious.

  • Pocket C.A.R.T. ($17K-18K) – A mini cart for carrying small valuable items. Good for quick extra cash.

  • C.A.R.T. ($41K-45K) – A full-sized cart to carry more loot. If you like hoarding, you need this.

Weapons – Because Sometimes You Need to Fight

  • Frying Pan ($24K-27K) – Smacks things. Gets the job done.

  • Gun ($46K) – Standard firearm. Aim, shoot, repeat. Don’t spam, or your aim goes wild.

  • Tranq Gun ($17K) – Puts monsters to sleep for a while. Non-lethal but useful.

  • Shotgun ($92K) – Unlimited ammo, high damage, huge recoil. Use wisely.

  • Sledge Hammer ($44K-48K) – Hits hard but swings slow. Best used for crowd control.

  • Baseball Bat ($24K-29K) – A balanced melee weapon. Easy to handle, good for smacking things.

  • Inflatable Hammer ($9K) – Annoying but weak. Pushes enemies back but doesn’t do much damage.

  • Sword ($25K-26K) – Slashes up close. No extended reach, so you need to get personal.

Upgrades – Because You Can Always Be Better

  • Health ($6K-$8K) – Increases max HP by 20. Good for taking more hits, but if you’re playing smart, you shouldn’t be getting hit much anyway.

  • Stamina Upgrade ($2K) – Adds 10 points to stamina. Run longer, panic slower.

  • Sprint Speed Upgrade ($6K-$8K) – Makes you faster. Good for escaping or just flexing on slower teammates.

  • Tumble Launch Upgrade ($4K-$5K) – Increases dodge roll distance. If your survival plan involves rolling away from danger, this one’s for you.

  • Extra Jump ($12K) – Gives you a second jump, letting you reach higher loot or hop over enemies. A great upgrade, but expensive—save for it later in the run.

  • Strength Upgrade ($6K-$8K) – Lets you carry heavier stuff without slowing down. Perfect for hoarders.

  • Range Upgrade ($6K-$8K) – Increases grab distance. Less effort, more efficiency, fewer moments of "why can't I reach that?"

  • Map Player Count ($11K) – Shows who's alive and where they are. Handy for finding lost teammates, but if they’re missing, there’s probably a good reason you shouldn’t go looking.
