Upgrades in R.E.P.O. give you a fighting chance against monsters, exhaustion, and bad life choices. Some help you run longer, some let you carry more loot, and some just make escaping slightly less humiliating. Here is a list so you know what upgrades are worth grabbing and what they do.

Health Upgrades (Because Bleeding Out is Inconvenient)

  • Small Health Pack ($3K-5K) – Restores 25HP. Barely enough, but hey, it’s something.

  • Medium Health Pack ($6K-10K) – Restores 50HP. Solid middle ground.

  • Large Health Pack ($9K-12K) – Restores 100HP. If you’re nearly dead, this is your best bet.

Movement Upgrades (Run Faster, Run Longer)

  • Stamina Upgrade ($2K) – Adds 10 points to stamina. Run longer, panic slower.

  • Sprint Speed Upgrade ($6K-8K) – Makes you faster. Good for escaping or just flexing on slower teammates.

  • Tumble Launch Upgrade ($4K-5K) – Increases dodge roll distance. If your survival plan involves rolling away from danger, this one’s for you.

Utility Upgrades (Work Smarter, Not Harder)

  • Strength Upgrade ($6K-8K) – Lets you carry heavier stuff without slowing down. Perfect for hoarders.

  • Range Upgrade ($6K-8K) – Increases grab distance. Less effort, more efficiency, fewer moments of "why can't I reach that?"

Final Blurb

Upgrades in R.E.P.O. can keep you alive longer, make looting easier, and help you escape faster. The more you buy, the more you can pretend you actually know what you’re doing in this game.
