Revolution Idle Automation Settings Guide

Once you unlock automation in Revolution Idle, life gets easier. No more clicking yourself into carpal tunnel. Below is a full breakdown of how to set up your automations for both fast Infinity Point farming and deeper progression. If you set this up right, you’ll barely have to lift a finger.

When You Unlock Each Automation

Here’s when each piece becomes available:

  • Auto Buyables → Infinity Upgrade 1;1

  • Auto Ascension → Infinity Upgrade 2;2

  • Auto Prestige → Infinity Upgrade 5;3

  • Auto Promote → Infinity Upgrade 10;1

  • Auto Infinity → Infinity Upgrade 15;1

Once you have all five, you’re fully hands-free.

Your Core Automation Setup

Here’s what most players (and your screenshot) are using for Infinity Break and early Infinity Stars farming.

Auto Buyables

  • All On at 100% for every circle color. No reason to leave anything off.

Auto Ascensions

  • All On for every color.

  • Some players turn off Red early game for manual timing, but at this stage, it’s better to automate it all.

Auto Prestige

  • Min P. Exponent Gain → 0

  • Min P. Mult Gain → 1,000,000

  • Min time (s) → 0.25

Keeps your Prestiges fast without hurting income too much.

Auto Promote

Promotions should follow this order:

  1. Promotion 2 → +40 Lv. → 1s

  2. Promotion 1 → +40 Lv. → 1s

  3. Promotion 3 → +40 Lv. → 1s

  4. Promotion 4 → +40 Lv. → 1s

This matches your current setup. For short runs, you can even lower the levels to +30 or +20 to speed things up. Many players skip Promotions 3 and 4 for very short runs to avoid wasting time.

Auto Infinity

  • If farming short runs, set your Min IP to 90% of where your IP stops growing after upgrades.

  • If running long pushes or Stars farming, turn Auto Infinity Off and finish manually.

Recommended Settings by Goal

Short Runs (IP Farming)

Use when you want fast IP farming before heavy Star upgrades.

  • Auto Ascension: On

  • Auto Buyables: 100%

  • Auto Prestige: Min P. Mult Gain = 1,000,000

  • Auto Promote: Promotions 2, 1, 3, 4 (+40 Lv, 1s)

  • Auto Infinity: On (Min IP around 90% of stall point)

Long Runs (Deep Pushing)

For big IP pushes or buying expensive Infinity upgrades.

  • Auto Ascension: On

  • Auto Buyables: 100%

  • Auto Prestige: Same as short runs, or raise Min P. Mult Gain for longer gaps

  • Auto Promote: Same promotions or lower levels (+30 or +20)

  • Auto Infinity: Off (manually stop runs once satisfied)

Challenge Farming

For working down your challenge times.

  • Auto Ascension: On

  • Auto Buyables: 100%

  • Auto Prestige: Off (manual only)

  • Auto Promote: Off

  • Auto Infinity: Off or set to lowest possible Min IP

Once you’re clearing challenges in under a minute, you can re-enable Prestige and Promotions to speed up the farming.

Final Blurb

Your goal is to let the game do the work. Once these automations are in place, the only thing left to optimize is how often you check back in. The right settings can take you from grinding for upgrades to watching progress roll in while you grab coffee… Or let’s be honest, open a second idle game.
