If your starter race in The Forge isn’t cutting it, rerolling can completely change your stats and abilities for better crafting and combat. Here’s how to find the reroll NPC, how spins work, and what your odds actually look like.

How To Reroll Your Race

After creating your character, leave the spawn area where Sensei Moro and the anvil are located. Walk toward The Cave where players usually mine, but instead of entering, take the path left past the merchant Greedy Cey. Keep following that path until you see Tomo the Explorist sitting near the cliff.

Continue along until you reach a tall stone building with a tower. Inside, you’ll meet the Wizard NPC. Speak to the Wizard and select the dialogue option that says you want to change your race. This opens the reroll screen showing your current stats, race, and all possible races in the game. Press Reroll to spend one of your spins.

Each reroll instantly replaces your old race, so check the rarity list before confirming.

How To Get More Rerolls

You start with three total spins, but one is automatically used during character creation, leaving you with two more. When you run out, you have a few options to restock.

  • Buy a single reroll for 75 Robux from the in-game shop

  • Redeem working The Forge codes for free spins

  • Occasionally earn rerolls through limited events or level-up rewards

It’s best to save your spins until you reach higher levels or unlock extra race slots, which happen at level 30 and again at level 100.

Race Reroll Odds

Here are the current odds for every race in The Forge as of December 2025.

  • Human 25 percent

  • Elf 15 percent

  • Zombie 14 percent

  • Goblin 10.5 percent

  • Undead 9 percent

  • Orc 8 percent

  • Dwarf 7 percent

  • Shadow 6 percent

  • Minotaur 1.75 percent

  • Dragonborn 1.5 percent

  • Golem 1.25 percent

  • Angel 0.5 percent

  • Demon 0.5 percent

The rarest races like Angel and Demon come with powerful stat boosts and passive skills, but rolling them takes serious luck or a lot of spins.

Should You Reroll Or Wait

If your current race has solid bonuses and you’re still early in the game, rerolling isn’t always worth the risk. You could lose a decent race for something weaker. Once you reach level 30 or 100 and can hold extra race slots, rerolling becomes safer since you can keep your best roll and experiment freely.

Final Blurb

Rerolling your race in The Forge is the best way to push for higher stats or rare traits, but it’s a gamble every time. Use free spins first, watch for new codes, and save paid rerolls until you unlock extra slots.
