Loading Docks are a total game-changer in Schedule 1. They let you have ingredients and tools delivered directly to your base, saving you from endless supply runs like some kind of errand boy. But you can’t just build one—they come built-in with specific properties.

Where to Get a Loading Dock
You only get a loading dock by buying a property that has one already. No upgrades, no installations. Here’s what comes with what:
Bungalow — 1 dock
Barn — 2 docks
Docks Warehouse — 2 docks
Sweatshop — Doesn’t really work
To grab one of these properties, visit Ray’s Realtor in-game. You’ll get your first real loading dock once you move into the Bungalow after leaving the motel and sweatshop.
How to Use the Loading Dock
Once you’ve got a property with a loading bay, here’s what you do:
Open your phone (Tab)
Tap the Delivery app
Browse stores like Hardware Store, Gas-Mart, or Oscar’s
Add items to your cart
Pick your property and select Dock 1 or Dock 2 for drop-off
Pay the small delivery fee
After that, just wait a few in-game hours and a van will pull up and drop off your order.
Pro Tip: Don’t Park in the Bay
If you leave your car sitting in the loading dock, the delivery van can’t access it—and your order won’t go through. It might even bug out and get stuck. Always leave those yellow-marked parking spots empty if you’re expecting a delivery.
Why Loading Docks Are Great
Ordering in bulk means your operation runs smoother and faster. Your workers stay stocked, you don’t waste time running errands, and you get to look like a real boss when the truck rolls up with crates of chili and mouthwash.
You’ve got bigger things to do than drive to the Gas-Mart 14 times a day. Let the dock do the work.
