Smite 2: How to Unlock Gods

Smite 2 doesn’t just hand you every god on a silver platter. If you want to expand your roster beyond the freebies, you’ll need to put in some work—or some cash. Here’s how you can unlock gods and start building your dream lineup.
Ways to Unlock Gods in Smite 2
Founder’s Pack – Buying any tier of the Founder’s Edition instantly unlocks all gods, both current and future. If you don’t want to worry about grinding, this is the easiest way.
God Tokens – Every time you level up your account (up to Level 50), you earn a God Token. These can be used to unlock any god—except the newest release.
Legacy Gems – You can buy gods with 600 Legacy Gems each. If you played Smite 1 and linked your account, you might have some of these gems sitting around.
What Happens After Level 50?
Once you hit Level 50, you stop getting God Tokens. That means free-to-play players will need to rely on other in-game methods to unlock gods beyond that point (although there aren’t that many gods just yet).
Will There Be More Ways to Unlock Gods?
Yes! The Smite 2 economy isn’t finished yet. Hi-Rez has confirmed they’re adding more ways to earn currency and unlock gods, so you won’t be stuck if you run out of God Tokens.
For now, if you’re planning to play for free, just focus on leveling up, spending your God Tokens wisely, and keeping an eye out for future updates on new ways to unlock gods.
