Opening Plan: Logistics First, Always

  • The first thing you should do is select your MCV and choose the Logistics Plan.

  • This boosts harvester and rig movement by 20%, and speeds up construction time by 20%.

  • It gives a massive economy and production edge right out the gate.

Early Build Order: Fast Economy and Early Control

  1. Build a War Factory and immediately start producing Harvesters nonstop.

  2. Drop a Barracks and train a Rifleman to garrison a nearby structure for defense.

  3. Train two Engineers right after to capture the nearest resource spikes (50 credits per 4s and +100 power).

  4. Ignore low power early on—Logistics will still give enough bonus to stay ahead.

Once you capture a spike:

  • Build your second Power Plant.

  • Queue up a second War Factory.

  • Start producing more Riflemen to scout and garrison.

Mid-Game: Scale Hard, Hit Harder

  • Build Flame Tanks from one War Factory.

  • Get the +50% explosive damage upgrade as soon as possible.

  • From your second War Factory, continue producing Harvesters to expand aggressively.

  • Queue Rocket Troopers from Barracks to mix into your army.

Keep building:

  • Power Plants (spread them out)

  • Barracks (for more map control)

  • Engineers (to capture more control points)

You can easily hit 5+ Tempest Rigs with this setup.

Late Game: Tech Up and Take Over

  • Build a Radar Station and a Specialist Bureau.

  • Upgrade to Tanks and MLRS for armored punch and splash damage.

  • Get the Veterancy Boost Doctrine to level units faster.

  • Upgrade Harvesters to self-repair and take more damage.

Air units become essential here:

  • Build 3 Airfields.

  • Produce Gunships constantly.

  • Mix in artillery and hammers based on your opponent’s army.

Map Movement and Harvester Flow

  • Shift your harvesters to new Tempest fields before they dry up.

  • Place War Factories close to new fields to reduce harvester travel time.

  • You can even set one War Factory to produce nothing but harvesters the entire match.

Bonus Tempest Dynasty Gameplay Tips

  • Use Engineers to expand to control points or enemy buildings.

  • Don’t build silos. You’ll be spending so much that you won’t need them.

  • If you’re floating credits, just add more production buildings.

  • Always scout with Riflemen to avoid getting flanked or rushed.

  • Flame Turrets are a solid backup if you sense early aggression.

Final Blurb

Dynasty rewards the player who builds fast, fights fast, and never lets go of the gas pedal. If you keep your harvesters busy, your upgrades rolling, and your War Factories full, you’ll snowball into a win before your opponent can catch their breath.
