The "Communing Catacombs" quest in Atlyss is designed to introduce players to dungeon exploration and the attunement of sigils. This guide will walk you through the steps to complete the quest:

Objectives

1. Enter the beginner level of the Sanctum Catacombs dungeon.

2. Locate and attune to the stray sigil within the Catacombs.

1. Accept the Quest

• After completing the "A Warm Welcome" quest, speak with Angela in the central tower of Sanctum.

• She will express concern about the Catacombs and request your assistance in attuning to a stray sigil.

2. Locate the Sanctum Catacombs Entrance

• Exit the central tower and proceed to the Outer Sanctum.

• Navigate through the area until you find a large stone structure with a red jewel above its entrance.

• This structure houses the portal to the Sanctum Catacombs.

3. Enter the Catacombs

• Approach the portal and interact with it to enter the beginner level of the Sanctum Catacombs dungeon.

4. Navigate the Dungeon

• Proceed through the dungeon, combating any enemies you encounter.

• The layout may vary, but the sigil is typically found in a room shortly before the one containing the exit portal.

5. Attune to the Stray Sigil

• Upon locating the floating blue sigil, approach it and press the 'interact' key to attune to it.

• This action completes the primary objective of the quest.

6. Exit the Dungeon

• After attuning to the sigil, you can choose to continue exploring or exit the dungeon.

• To exit, you may use a recall item or find the exit portal within the dungeon.

7. Return to Angela

• Once back in Sanctum, report to Angela in the central tower.

• She will acknowledge your efforts and provide you with the quest rewards.

Tips

• Concurrent Quests: Before entering the Catacombs, consider accepting the "Night Spirits" quest from Angela since its objectives kinda go with the creatures found in the beginner Catacombs.

• After Completion: After attuning to the sigil you can use a recall item to exit the dungeon immediately, saving time.

• Preparation: Make sure your character is well-equipped and at full health before entering the dungeon to handle potential threats.
