In ATLYSS, the "Eradicating the Undead" quest tasks players with eliminating specific a bunch of creatures within the Sanctum Catacombs. Here’s a quick guide:

1. Accept the Quest

After reaching level 12 speak with Enok in the Sanctum.
He will express concern about the increasing threat of the undead in the Sanctum Catacombs and request your assistance in eliminating them.

2. Enter the Sanctum Catacombs

Exit the central tower and proceed to the Outer Sanctum.
Locate the portal leading to the Sanctum Catacombs (Levels 12-18).
Interact with the portal to enter the Catacombs.

3. Locate and Defeat Targeted Enemies

Miasmas:
- These creatures are commonly found in the early sections of the Catacombs.
- Defeat 40 Miasmas to meet the objective.
Poltergeists:
- Typically located in the mid-levels of the Catacombs.
- Defeat 40 Poltergeists to meet the objective.
Hellsludges:
- Usually found in the deeper sections of the Catacombs.
- Defeat 15 Hellsludges to meet the objective.
Lord Kaluuz:
- A powerful boss located in the deepest part of the Catacombs.
- Defeat Lord Kaluuz to complete the final objective.

4. Return to Enok

After completing all objectives, exit the Catacombs.
Return to Enok in the Sanctum.
Report your success to complete the quest and receive your rewards.

Tips

Farming: Focus on areas within the Catacombs where the targeted enemies spawn frequently to complete the objectives more quickly.
Boss Battle: Lord Kaluuz is pretty strong so teaming up with other players isn’t a bad idea.
Repeatable Quest: "Eradicating the Undead" is repeatable. Do it again if you want!
