ATLYSS Badges Guide

Written by Alec Blackwood

Badges in Atlyss are newly added dungeon tokens earned from bosses as of July 7, 2025. They are used to buy boss gear, unlock subclasses, and enchant equipment. You get one badge per dungeon boss kill.

Badge vendors appear at the end of dungeons. You need badges that match the dungeon to use them.

Where to Get Badges

You earn one badge each time you beat a dungeon boss. The badge is tied to that specific dungeon.

Right now, the highest badge tier is from Crescent Grove Hard. This dungeon is for level 20 to 25 players.

There is no other confirmed badge source or higher tier.

What Badges Are Used For

Badges are used in three ways:

  • Buying gear from dungeon badge vendors

  • Unlocking subclasses using class tomes

  • Enchanting or rerolling stats on gear

Each action uses badges from the same dungeon the item came from. You can only use matching badges.

Badge Vendors in Dungeons

Badge vendors are found at the end of dungeons. They sell gear normally dropped by bosses.

You can also buy subclass tomes at the Grove Hard vendor. These tomes are the only way to unlock Paladin, Bishop, and Magus.

Vendor gear is the same as boss loot. There is no difference in stats or enchant costs.

Subclasses and Badges

Subclass tomes cost Grove badges. You must buy one to unlock a subclass.

There is no quest or alternate method to get a subclass right now.

This system was added in update version 72025.a3.

Enchantments and Rerolling

Enchanting or rerolling gear stats also costs badges. Some items may need extra materials like Maw Eyes.

You need one badge per enchantment. Results are random, and crowns are also required.

The cost is the same whether you got the item as a drop or bought it from the vendor.

System Limits

Each badge is tied to its dungeon. You can only get one badge per run.

There is no badge exchange, no badge crafting, and no way to trade gear for badges.

Only dungeon bosses drop badges. No other method is confirmed.

Final Blurb

Badges in Atlyss are slow to earn and used for everything from gear to subclasses to enchantments. Each badge is locked to its dungeon, and only one drops per boss.

If you're planning builds, expect to grind.
