How to Get the Key to the Secret Garden in Blue Prince

Let’s walk through how to actually get this key, what it does, and where to use it so you can stop hoarding it like a confused squirrel.
Where to Find the Secret Garden Key
This key isn’t guaranteed. You can’t just walk into a room and expect it to be waiting on the welcome mat. But there are a few ways to raise your odds:
Finish the dartboard puzzle in the Billiard Room. It rewards you with a key-related prize. Sometimes it’s this key.
Draft item-heavy rooms like the Closet, Walk-In Closet, or Attic. These often have goodies inside—possibly including the Secret Garden Key.
Draft a Locksmith shop. You can buy Special Keys here. Not all of them are garden-related, but the Secret Garden Key is part of that loot pool.
Grab a Music Room. This room always contains a regular key and a Special Key. With some luck, that Special Key could be your ticket to the garden.

How to Actually Use the Secret Garden Key

Draft a room on the East or West outer edge of the house. That’s the only place the Secret Garden can show up.
Make sure the room’s door is locked. If it’s not locked, the key won’t be used.
Select the Secret Garden Key when prompted to unlock the door.
If all goes well, you’ll walk into the Secret Garden—a rare room with its own secrets and rewards.
