LEGO Fortnite Expeditions is a mission-based PvE mode where you choose a Hero Class, upgrade it, and complete group challenges. You enter from Odyssey or Brick Life using the bus stop, and you earn XP, gadgets, and weapons through missions.

How to Enter Expeditions

Go to any bus stop in Odyssey or Brick Life.

Select "Travel to Expeditions" to enter the Supernova Academy. Only the party leader can start this, and the whole party will follow.

You can also launch straight into Expeditions from the main menu.

Picking and Upgrading Classes

Choose from three Hero Classes: Hunter, Shadow Caller, and Rift Ripper.

Each class has different passives, actives, and an ultimate. You earn skill points during missions and use them to unlock powers.

You can switch classes freely and upgrade any class at any time.

Supernova Academy Overview

This is the main hub for Expeditions. You will find:

Talk to key characters like Jonesy, Kill Switch, and Morgan Mist to earn early XP.

Gadgets and Weapons

Collect Essence during missions and spend it at vendors in the Academy.

You can buy:

Dual Daggers for fast melee
War Hammer for strong area attacks
Plasma Pistols for ranged damage

Equip up to three gadgets for stat boosts like health, cooldown speed, or ability damage.

Training Area Tips

Go to the training zone to test powers on dummies.

This area helps you learn how cooldowns, combos, and class movement work.

You can also test things like flying, double jumps, or charging special attacks.

How Missions Work

Use the Mission Board to pick what to play. You will get a list of objectives to complete.

Examples include:

Defeat a Titan
Break corrupted masks
Destroy a spire

Each step gets harder, and new objectives unlock during the mission.

Start with Normal missions first. They can still be tough even with upgrades.

You can play solo or with others. The game adds random players to your team if you are alone.

Combat and Cooldown Tips

Your class powers use a red energy bar that fills as you do damage.

Cooldown times are shown on your HUD. You can reduce them with the right gadgets.

Use class powers wisely during fights. Some attacks also drain the energy bar when used.

Best Early Weapon Combo

Bring two Plasma Pistols early on.

When one overheats, switch to the other and keep shooting without stopping.

This is a good way to stay in fights longer and avoid downtime.

How to Exit Expeditions

There is no bus stop back to Odyssey.

To leave, open the pause menu and select Return to Lobby.
