As an Ironman in Old School RuneScape (OSRS), gathering seeds is essential for Farming and Herblore training. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you collect seeds effectively:

1. Farming Contracts

At the Farming Guild you can take on Farming Contracts from Guildmaster Jane. Completing these contracts rewards you with seed packs containing a variety of seeds. The difficulty of the contract (easy, medium, or hard) determines the quality and quantity of seeds you receive. Higher-level contracts offer better rewards.

2. Pickpocketing Master Farmers

Master Farmers can be pickpocketed starting at level 38 Thieving. They have a wide range of seeds, including herb, allotment, and flower seeds. After reaching 85 Thieving, you'll have a higher chance of obtaining valuable herb seeds like ranarr, snapdragon, and torstol. Master Farmers are located in various places, such as Draynor Village, the Farming Guild, Hosidius, north of East Ardougne, and south of Varrock.

3. Killing Slayer Monsters

Certain Slayer monsters drop seeds frequently:

Aberrant Spectres: Require level 60 Slayer and drop a variety of herb seeds.
Nechryaels: Require level 80 Slayer and are known for dropping herb and high-level seeds.
Dagannoths: Found under the lighthouse west of the Fremennik Province; they drop various seeds and can be killed efficiently using a dwarf cannon.

4. Wintertodt Supply Crates

Playing the Wintertodt minigame (requires 50 Firemaking) rewards you with supply crates that can contain seeds (especially tree seeds). Wintertodt can be dangerous; dying here is treated as a normal death, and Hardcore Ironmen will lose their status upon death.

5. Bird House Trapping

On Fossil Island you can set up bird houses that passively fill with birds over time. When collecting from bird houses, there's a chance to receive bird nests containing seeds. The likelihood of obtaining nests increases with your Hunter level.

6. Managing Miscellania

After completing the "Throne of Miscellania" quest, you can manage the kingdom's resources. Allocating resources to "Wood" and "Hardwood" will accumulate bird nests over time, many of which contain seeds. Maintaining high approval ratings and proper resource management will maximize your seed gainz.
