Unique weapons in RimWorld Odyssey are special versions of ranged weapons that come with random traits. How to Get Unique Weapons
You can’t craft unique weapons. You’ll need to find them.
Best ways to get one:
Open sealed containers
Loot Ancient Mercenary or Orbital Item Stash quests
Complete rare fishing events
Get them as gifts from visitors
Ancient Garrisons, Ancient Dangers, and Weapons Depots do not drop them. If you're looking for a consistent source, Orbital Stash quests are your best bet.

Unique weapons can be any of the following:
