This RS3 F2P quest order is built for efficiency, skill unlocks, and low risk. It assumes no prior quest points or stats. Start with fast XP and unlocks, then move into quests that give large XP dumps or new areas. Dragon Slayer and Gower Quest are saved for last due to higher stat needs.
Starter Quests (no stat requirements)
The Blood Pact
Easy quest with combat XP and access to the Lumbridge Catacombs.
Cook’s Assistant
Fast Cooking XP and done in under 5 minutes.
The Restless Ghost
Big Prayer XP early on. Do this as soon as possible.
Rune Mysteries
Unlocks Runecrafting and gets it out of the way.
Imp Catcher
1 Magic level in less than 2 minutes if you have all beads.
Wolf Whistle
Quick Summoning unlock (Spirit Wolf). Always do early.

Easy Silverlight quest. Use the modern version with new mechanics.
Shield of Arrav
Find a friend or use alt. Required for later storylines.
Myths of the White Lands
Short and quirky, with 2 QP reward. Not much XP.
Broken Home
Unlocks free daily chests. Do this once you can handle some puzzles.
Late-Game F2P Quests
The Knight’s Sword
Huge Smithing XP. Bring redberry pie or make one.
Missing, Presumed Death
Requires a bit more time but gives good combat XP and world lore.
The Death of Chivalry
Big rewards and fun lore. Some mild combat.
Priest in Peril
Needed to access Morytania. Combat required but safe if prepared.
