Albert Hoover’s Actual Location
Albert isn’t literally under the bridge for all of the players, but for some he is. His location is not always the exact same. If you cannot find Albert, here’s where you might be able to find him:
Head to the northern bypass, near the blue hardware store.
Look for a raised concrete platform—it’s not the very end of the bypass, but it’s close.
His table is usually set up right next to the road, on a side section that's slightly elevated.
You may also notice cops have a checkpoint nearby, which is a fun little bonus if you like driving dirty.
Check Near the Mayors House
If those locations don’t work, you should check near the Mayor’s House. He’s been known to hang out around there are well. If you don’t know where that is, check out our guide on that here.
Tips for Spotting Him
Watch for the red “Seller” icon on your map. Albert isn’t always parked in the same exact place, but this marker usually points you in the right direction.
He’s not inside a building—he’s out in the open with a table setup.
If you don’t see him, try advancing time or checking back at night as that could affect things.
