How to Get Jewels and Use Jewel Sockets in Path of Exile 2 (PoE2)

Jewels are items in Path of Exile 2 that make your character stronger. Here's a guide on how to find them, what types there are, and how to use jewel sockets:
1. How to Get Jewels
Enemy Drops: Jewels can drop as loot when you defeat enemies.
Quest Rewards: Some quests reward you with jewels.
Vendors: You can also buy jewels from vendors in towns.
2. Unlock Jewel Sockets
Open your Passive Skill Tree.
Look for jewel sockets. These are empty spots where you can place jewels.
Use a skill point to unlock a socket so you can put a jewel in it.
3. Equip a Jewel
Open your Inventory.
Select a jewel and drag it into the unlocked jewel socket on your Passive Skill Tree.
Once placed, the jewel will give bonuses to your character.
4. Types of Jewels
Base Jewels: Cobalt, Crimson, and Viridian Jewels grant buffs when placed in the passive skill tree.
Abyss Jewels: Found in Abyss encounters, these can be socketed into both the passive tree and abyssal equipment slots.
Cluster Jewels: Expand the passive skill tree with new clusters of skills, available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes.
Unique Jewels: Provide powerful, one-of-a-kind effects, often influencing nearby passive nodes.
