How to Move Your Barn in Fields of Mistria
Written by Alec Blackwood | Fields of Mistria
To move your barn in Fields of Mistria, interact with the sign next to its door, select remove, then rebuild it wherever you want. You’ll need to empty the animals first or the option won’t appear.
Remove Animals First
Barns and Coops can’t be removed if they have animals inside.
To clear them out, go to Sweetwater Farm. From your land, head left, through the ranch gate, and into the central building. Use the sign to send animals to daycare or sell them.
Once the barn is empty, head back.
Use the Rename Sign
Stand near the door of your barn and check the small wooden sign next to it.
Select it. You’ll see two options: Rename and Remove. Choose Remove. The game will pop the blueprint and materials back into your inventory.
The barn is now ready to move.
Rebuild in a New Spot
Open your inventory and find the barn blueprint.
Pick a new location, place the blueprint, then rebuild it with the refunded materials. You must have the items in your bag or it won’t complete.
There’s no fee to move it, just the same build cost.
Final Blurb
Moving your barn in Fields of Mistria is easy once the animals are out. Just use the rename sign, grab your blueprint, and set it up wherever you want. The game gives you everything back, so nothing’s wasted.
