If you’re hunting for fleece, Ram Horns, or just want to clobber some headstrong wildlife, Rams are a great target. They're not too hard to take down, but they do pack a bit of a punch if you're not paying attention.
Where Rams Spawn
You’ll find Rams in two main areas:
Fractured Plains
This is the easiest place to find them early on. They tend to hang out in the open grassy sections—look near the slopes and along rocky paths. If you see fences or ruined farm buildings, you're close.
Stormtouched Highlands
The Rams here are a bit tougher (Power Level 4), but the drops are better. These ones tend to stick around the high ground and cliffside areas. You might need to dodge a few other creatures while you're up there.
What Rams Drop
Every time you take one down, you’re guaranteed a decent haul:
Ram Horns (1–2) – Used in several gear upgrades and alchemy.
Animal Hide (1–2) – Crafting material.
Fleece (2–4) – Used to make Wool Thread and Cloth.
Raw Farm Meat (1–2) – Good for cooking.
Best Way to Fight Rams
Rams are weak to Magic and Stab, so stuff like spells work best. Avoid using Crush weapons asthey're not very effective here. They can be aggressive in tight spots, but generally they’ll ignore you unless you get in their face.
Final Blurb
Rams might look like livestock, but they’re solid targets for farming materials. Whether you’re trying to craft gear or just want to stock up on meat and fleece, these guys are worth hunting. Just keep your magic staff or spear handy—and maybe dodge if they charge.
