In Path of Exile 2, Warriors can pick one of two special paths/ascendancies: Titan or Warbringer. Titans are great for smashing enemies with powerful slams and stunning them, while Warbringers are a tad more flexible, using armor-breaking, war cries, and totems. Let’s help you decide if you should pick the Titan or the Warbringer in PoE 2!

Titan: Big Hits and Stuns

Titan is a great choice if you want to deal huge damage and stay tough. It focuses on slam attacks that stun enemies and clear groups fast.

What Makes Titan Strong:

  • Stone Skin: Adds 50% more armor from your body armor, making you harder to kill.

  • Earthbreaker: Your slam attacks have a 20% chance to create Aftershocks, dealing more area damage.

  • Ancestral Empowerment: Every second slam deals 20% more damage and has a bigger area of effect.

  • Crushing Impact: All your attacks can stun enemies faster, and you deal 40% more damage to stunned enemies.

Why Pick Titan:

  • You like simple but powerful attacks.

  • You want to stun bosses and smash through groups of enemies.

  • You enjoy being tough and hard to kill.

Warbringer: Flexibility

Warbringer has more options for players who like mixing different mechanics. It’s great for breaking enemy armor, summoning helpers, and using war cries to boost damage.

What Makes Warbringer Strong:

  • Anvil’s Weight: Breaks enemy armor with every hit, making them take more damage.

  • Encased in Jade: Absorbs all incoming damage for a short time, helping you survive big hits.

  • Answered Call: When you place a totem, it summons a spirit helper to fight for you.

  • War Cry Abilities:

    • Bellow Corpses: Explodes nearby corpses, dealing damage to enemies.

    • No War Cry Cooldowns: Use war cries as often as you want for buffs and damage.

Why Pick Warbringer:

  • You enjoy combining different skills and strategies.

  • You want to shred armor, summon helpers, or blow up enemies.

  • You like a mix of offense and defense.

How to Choose

  • Choose Titan if you want big, simple attacks that smash enemies and keep you alive.

  • Choose Warbringer if you want more variety and enjoy experimenting with different mechanics/styles.

Both are great options, so pick the one that feels the most fun for your style!
