How to Get More Mutations in Caves of Qud

Mutations in Caves of Qud give your character unique abilities. Here’s how you can get more mutations during your playthrough:
Method 1: Level Up Your Character
Earn Mutation Points as you gain experience and level up.
Mutation Points are awarded every few levels and can be used to gain new mutations or upgrade existing ones.
Once you have enough Mutation Points, open the Character Menu (press "C") and go to the Mutations section.
Choose Gain a New Mutation and select one from the list provided.
Method 2: Start with a Mutated Character
At character creation, choose the Mutated Human option instead of True Kin.
Mutated Humans gain mutations from the start and can unlock more over time as they level up.
You’ll be able to select physical or mental mutations to start with.
Method 3: Find and Use Items
Certain items, like Eaters’ Nectar Injectors, can grant you additional mutations when used.
These rare items are often found in high-level areas or through trading.
