1. Locate The Hazy Hag Tavern

The Hazy Hag is southeast of the Bog & Briar Inn in Brightoak.
Look for a rundown building surrounded by a few livestock. This is your destination.

2. Enter The Hazy Hag

Inside, head to the left adjacent room. Here, you’ll find the Stranger waiting.

3. Interact with the Stranger

The Stranger will engage in a cryptic conversation, hinting at their importance to your journey.
They’ll reveal that they have more pressing matters to discuss but not at this time or place.
Before concluding, the Stranger will advise you to begin “forging a sustainable life” in the Free Lands.

Completion and Follow-Up

After speaking with the Stranger, the quest will end, and you’ll unlock the next main quest, The Shadow of Expectation.
